PETSurfer Pipeline¶
This site documents an automated pipeline built around PETSurfer (FreeSurfer's PET processing suite) for tau PET neuroimaging research on Alzheimer's disease biomarkers at IoNS.
The pipeline runs three stages — preprocessing, group-level statistical analysis, and visualization — and provides a guided, menu-driven tool so that researchers can run everything without writing any code.
